Yeats' poem describes the things i felt when i first met jason. for those of you who know him personally you might now what i mean. and i, having lived a rather hmmmm modest life (but a fulfilling one nevertheless!) have only my love and my dreams to give. oooohhhkkk drama! >_< anyway, i bought my 28th and 29th storybook today. sayang nga nawala na yung 2 hardbound christmas books about a witch and snowman with color combos i absolutely love. also, i bought a skirt (which i like) and a shirt (that jason likes) which had a hawaiian girl on it pero may unflattering text sa ibaba. i need to think of a way to hide it... so what have i been doing lately? i just finished my business plan which had been a burden for me for THREE terms! gawd!!! i have to wait till monday to know if it needs any more revisions. syempre meron, pwede ba namang walang mali yun para kay sir Kong?! tapos naka 1M+ ako sa stock trading game!!! oh napaka-exciting. tapos ngayon WEBANIM naman. im doing a fairly simple game, which i thought had pretty simple coding but even for three days of analyzing and rechecking, it still wont work. kaya nga jason asked me out today so that we can celebrate mass together and temporarily take me out of the hell i am in. hay, napakabait talaga. |

Death row 187 4 life. i can shot calla pass as someone who is sporty nor G-L-to-tha-izzam yaba daba dizzle. n wizzle i told tha news ta mah bestfriend, he was apparantly sarcastic wit his reply ta help you tap dat ass. sorry if my recent entries have been a drag. the reason for all those isn't new. its still about school and my obsession with grades... blah, blah boring stuff. buti talaga i have a lot of sensible people to talk to. i have my mom, my bestfriend, si faus and of course jason to console me each in a different way. im a lucky girl! : )
ah, i just realized. most of my friends are in a rather gloomy mood this season. im sorry... i've been trying to send something to you guys but something always keeps me from doing so. sana na lang this dark spell we've been feeling will be over soon. its just a phase.
the mmaojt2 panel defense went well. sobrang complete turn from the ojt1 panels. tama si bigfatkill! walang bahay na bato, walang dolly ofrasio, wala ring sasabihan kang magbasa at mag-isip kahit minsan. this time naman winarningan lang ako na baka pasukahin ako ng piano pag nagtatrabaho na ng full-time. that was from sir durian, the bading panel who was just giving me advice on the industry. tapos the questions they asked me were more of the miss universe type: "what did you learn most in ojt" "what is the biggest challenge you faced". its such a relief talaga that i am finally done with one of the most gruesome classes in my course. oh, and by the way, just so you know what i've been doing for ojt, here's a link to my website and the link to another website i did. its rare for me to post my work because of reasons that i want to forget but my recent experiences made me a changed girl, to be more generous and sharing and kind~ teka, they all mean the same thing!
 speaking of share. here's my jason looking so adorable in his t9 shirt. OHHHH its our half-year monthsary btw, nov 29! : )  and beam with really short legs. these were from the T9 event in La Salle Main where we took pictures for documentations as part of our ojt. this was also the same day i saw the president of Ang InK!!!  and THIS is exceedingly sweet! its beambeam all over my jason's room!!! ^____^ notice how jason lives such a simple life??? the only thing he keeps up to date in his roomis his PC and his new animation table! ohhhh, thats my ideal guy! : D ayan, i feel much better now. : ) eljaying is such a stress-relieving habit, dont you think? : ) next thing i should do is watch happy feet. or james bond. kung ano pa naman yung gustong gusto ko panoorin, yun pa yung hindi mapanood.
so ngayon pinagiisipan ko pa kung anong gagawin ko after nito. siguro kakain, siguro matutulog. ayoko muna magtrabaho, it can wait. : D |

last night, i was finally able to talk to my best friend. what he did was to simply listen and after all my crying all he said was "think of the greater good".

while most of my classmates are having the time of their lives in some province for the photography class, im stuck in my room re-doing sir rob's photofolio because of the unbelievable amount of revisions he wants me to do in this project that i cant believe is taking me two terms to finish. still, im happy. i had enough leisure time enjoyed this term which, i just realized, i havent shared yet online.
SMACKDOWN was the best! I absolutely enjoyed seeing the gimmicks wrestlers do to win the love of audiences. syempre, undertaker and batista need not do anything extraordinary. undertaker just had to stand still in the ring and take off his coat while batista just had to flex a few muscles in order to get a roaring response from the audience.
I was away for one week last week. My parents and i went to California for uhhhh five days? i wasnt really counting. The trip was ok if only there's no looming school work in my head i could have enjoyed it more.
And while i was on vacation, Jason surprised me with this which he put in my luggage a few hours before i left:

jason and i bought undertaker t-shirts for smackdown. HAHA manonood ako ng live wrestling isnt that cool? although i still have to expose myself more on the hoolabaloos of wwe, i think my knowledge about the wrestlers and the unforgettable owners who put themselves on stage for a better story has improved since a couple of months ago. i find myself engaged in conversations that i never thought i'd have interest on. but im happy, im getting excited as much as jason is. and whenever we talk about next week's smackdown, he smiles like a baby. ^__^ <3
after our little shopping, we went to my eye doctor who told me that i can wear my contacts again. but i still have to buy a new pair and even have to change my current glasses' lens because my eye grade changed but again. i have to take better care of my eyes from now on.
also, i got my last sweldo from school. no more privileges from the SGU this time. i gotta save money!!!

Ang Ink, which stands for Ilustrador ng Kabataan, is an organization based in UP-D that does illustrations mostly for local children's books. you may have noticed the thin children's books in bookstores halos lahat nun, drawn by InK artists. From that moment i saw Atomo and Weboy by Pepper Roxas in Junior Philippine Inquirer and eventually learned that she was part actually secretary of that organization ive always wanted to have a chance to show what i can and hopefully be part of them too. And later at u-break, the president of InK will be in Main! oh how ecstatic i was when i heard the news from nikki. thank you cute! ...Alas, now that i am preparing my things for later, i cannot find anything to show them. all i have are web interfaces and 3d illustrations of things ive done in previous terms ...what are they going to do with that?! they need TRADITIONAL art done in acrylic and paper cut-outs not these crap i have in my computer!
my head hurts. i've never been sick since that mild bronchitis about two years ago. pero after nun wala na talaga puro sakit ng ulo and sipon lang. although the last time i visited a doctor was two weeks ago to have an eye check up. and he said that i have to wear glasses for one whole month because of contacts-related eye infection. nabanggit ko na ba yun?
also, my jason and i were in an oktoberfest concert in some space near filinvest for free! it was part of our ojt since the company we're working for, my tito's company, is an events/pr company and they needed people to document the concert. And all we had was a measly point and shoot camera! although that wasnt really our thing, beer and rock music, we still had fun checking out girls clad in mini-skirts and dangerously low necklines under a romantic starry night.
i cut my hair short! shorter, i mean. i may not look like an apple no longer and it doesnt look different anymore because i shed my curls off but i like it a bit just because its still low maintenance. as long as my boyfriend likes it, ok na yun sakin.
goodness, makakagawa pa ba ako? i still have a semi paper to finish and paano ko ba ippresent yung works ko? i have an interactive portfolio at hand but i think the works i have in it is irrelevant for children's books. di ko talaga alam gagawin ko.
after rereading it, i noticed how negative everything i said was. sorry! <: ) |

i was with my hs friends a while ago to celebrate chris' birthday and i guess to celebrate having electricity again. it was the best time as usual. i got to hear things about hs friends again, i always am the last to know. im glad to know that everyone are in their last few semesters and will all be graduating next year.
i hope the beggar i saw in taft is alrigth after that storm. he reminds me so much of my lolo.
jason told me we didnt fight not once for the whole of september. thats great, isnt it? he told me that hasnt happened to him before. we're hoping the same will happen for october. but i guess not, i think ill be extra paranoid this month because of wierd dreams im getting. last night i dreamt of jason. he was confined in a tiny room, he was smaller than my palm and his body was .. different to say the least, like chicken skin... i was cradling him like a baby and had his whole head connected in wires connected to the tek's room in greenroom where the doctor is that dark-skinned technician. the small, chubby one. anyway, when i woke up i cried and wanted to hear his voice instantly.

why do people stereotype us (youth, particularly benildeans) to be non-readers? when he asked the audience naman kung ano yung last book na binasa nila, everybody had a clear answer. he doesnt even know the authors we were mentioning because the books in his school is primitive. masyado siyang mayabang. was it really important to say phone sex, fat asses, etc. in a seminar for empowerment of multi-media arts students? in other words, i didnt like how the first seminar of MMASEMI turned out.
sadly, i didnt like how the viewers choice turned out either. masyadong maraming supporters ang canadians. siguro they had the whole canadian community vote. in short, jason-nelson didnt win viewer's choice. but thanks to everyone who took the time to tell their friends about it. promise, nakakatuwa talaga yung mga ginawa niyo. ^__^ anyhooo, they're in the first page of csb's website.
kanina, i had my eyes checked up for the first time. may allergy and irritation ako sa eyes because of my contacts lens. heehee i dont wash it kasi that often kaya tuloy kung anu-ano na yung nag-accumulate sa mata ko. ayan tuloy, i am stuck to wearing glasses for a whole month. sucks.
do you know anyone how to speak foreign language? i know someone who'll pay for translators.

monster house had the best-looking models i've seen so far. but that may just be because im more biased with human characters than animals like whats been created for most of the previous movies ive seen: ant bully, the wild, etc. im not really fond of talking animals... but im looking forward to see happy feet. emperor penguins are my favorite. : )
im finally buying a new phone. ive been praying that my daddy notice how broken my phone is (its been frequently visiting the technician since august of last year). for the past months, i have been asking even my mom to please get me new phone. i was hoping that they'll get me a new unit on my birthday. yet until now, all i have is that already useless 3650. seems like my parents really dont have extra cash at the moment (not even with the subsidized tuition fee arrrrggh). so tomorrow, or perhaps this week, ill be saving and withdrawing the little money i have in the bank to buy myself a new unit. i looked around in atc a while ago and made a list of units i can afford:
V3 motorola at around 8K
6110 at around 10K
6131 at around 11K
and 7360 at around 8K
i hope my parents would at least agree to a 50/50. im eyeing on the 7360 because jayjay said it suits me. and altho the V3 motorola looks nice too (i want a super slim phone naman for once in my life! i always had the bulky ones) id rather have a nokia that is more common therefore more probability of borrowing a charger or battery from friends come an emergency.

 not really the best of my doodles but it makes me smile. reminds me so much of his ex. sa totoo lang, sana maging happy na siya ulit soon.
but she wasnt on my mind when i made that. the doodle was made some days before. we went to mall of asia because his mom needed him to drive. although i woke up feeling slightly ill, i still had the best time as usual. and as usual, we spent most of the time in the bookstores. finally, nakita ko rin yung Fabulous Girl's Guide. its the most kikay i can get, promise. Theres this part where they gave advice on how to dress up: the fuck you dress, the fuck me dress and the fuck her dress. i think you can figure that out. ooooh how coool! : D we didnt get to watch any movies today. well there arent any good movies anyway. we've seen Snakes on a Plane which surprisingly is entertaining. i mean it! the poster, if you have seen it, looks horrible. it looks like my digilus finals project. disgusting! X * but the movie itself wasnt as bad as i anticipated it to be. what i liked most about it is its "closure". i've been very keen to closure in books and movies i see after reading a lot of john irving. Devil Wears Prada was everything we expected it to be. im sure most will agree that EVERYTHING, even those "sad" clothes of the old Andy still looked great! like poeticsenorita, i still wish i was able to read the book first. pero sabi naman sa tv, the book is a lot different than what they showed in the movie. jason and i bought tickets for the WWE Smackdown~ HAHAHA! i cant imagine myself cheering for Batista and John Cena and that guy with the super fugly apple logo with a face. whats his name again? that afro white guy? anyway, his cousins will be there too so i'd better do some research about those wrestlers if i want to have engaging conversation with them. i swear, im gonna memorize all their names and all their signature moves! naging fan din naman ako nuon ng wresting but a loong time ago, when it was called WWF. my parents and i actually went to the wrestlemania in manila (tama ba? or am i just making things up?) yearssss before and cheered for Bret Hart. sa sobrang gusto ko sa kanya nuon, i named my love birds bret and hart. hehehe! : D what else...? hmmm, im going to States again this october. i'd really want to go to another state like what was originally planned. but i guess my mom wants to stay in LA than have a tour in Washington. Kung sinong gustong sumama, mag-ipon na! : D ack, im still wearing clothes i wore in MOA and i feel sticky. bukas may pasok na ako! loser ako kasi i have saturday class tapos elective pa. hehehe well at least it will be a perfect excuse to go out with jason on saturdays! : ) goodluck sa school everyone! : )

thanks to anna's ipod (remember the songs you played at the birthday party?), i was inspired to search for those APO tribute songs. some of you may already know, i am a big fan of oldies songs and one of those i truly love is APO. top on my list is the Beatles of course. and fyi, i still am into John Lennon @_@
i was thrilled to learn that Imago contributed to the Kami nAPO Muna album. i first heard their lovely vocalist's voice on their tribute for Eraserheads, im sure most of you are familiar with Spoliarium. Whats her name? Is she Aiya (sp?)? Anyway, i love her voice and if i were a man, i'd probably be fantasizing about her.
I was also delighted to hear Sugarfree's version of Batang-Bata ka pa. I love sugarfree~ i saw them in school once but didnt get to watch their whole performance.
Orange and Lemons' Yakap sa Dilim was amazing as well. the quality of his voice is extraordinary. if they werent as common as they are i'd probably been a fan.
i wish they'd do more tributes to classic singers like apo and eraserheads. its nice to hear a new beat to those timeless songs. |

ahhh congratulations to everyone, we survived another term! : D i can say this term is less demanding than the previous but the work is getting more serious and required a lot of researching. but researching is fun, thats what i think. i've been without an academic book for too long now and i need something to sharpen my dulling mind. i hope we'll all be happy come course cards day.
now for some more great news. JASON and nelson IN GMA7!!! they, together with sir benjie, were interviewed today by GMA7 for that Jessica Soho show. It will be aired this SATURDAY at 8:30PM! its about that Doodle of Doom cartoon again and that Nickelodeon festival they joined in. The Animazing win was also featured in the PD Inquirer of August 30 but i guess there's not much about Jason there, si Nelson lang kasi yung na-interview. still, thats great news! click here for online version. hmmm, what else? actually there is something else that im not going to announce yet. i'm still waiting for the right moment...
ooohhh im so proud of my honey! all his hard work is paying off! im so proud of him and happy for him! both he and nelson deserve all these! : )
hehehehe, nakakatawa nga eh. kasama namin si nelson sa makati kanina. after going to powerbooks, shoe stores, etc. i treated them both to Gloria Jeans because i finally got my "sweldo" for MyHome illustrations. Ang bait-bait na talaga ni Sir Leo kasi he gave me extra GC's for Gonuts! i hope he gives me more jobs!
gaaah, im tired. and i cant wait for tomorrow. : ) jason is so keyed up about that Snakes on a Plane movie. eh nakakatawa naman kasi talaga yung concept! tapos i want to buy a book in Books for Less. there are a lot of great new reads ngayon and a lot of classics i've always been wanting to read! for tonight, i'll be with john irving and im torn between his A Widow for a Year and The World According to Garp. Andami kong gustong basahin but theres soooo little time!!!
